Cinthya has 18 years of experience in Corporate Finance, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, project finance, debt and equity raising, as well as valuation of companies for different purposes. She has advised more than 80 Mexican and international companies in a wide range of industries, from manufacturing, financial services, food processing to automotive. Her expertise includes an integral vision of the projects: financial and market analysis, coordination and relationship with all project stakeholders, fronting negotiations with the counterparty, through to successfully closing the deal.
Prior to joining ONEtoONE, Cinthya worked for Mazars and KUO Group as a financial analyst. She continued her professional growth with a Masters in Finance at Oxford Brookes University in the UK. Subsequently, she led multiple M&A projects during 13 years in Deloitte's Corporate Finance practice, in buy-side transactions of companies in various industries, such as packaging, automotive, manufacturing, data analytics, among others. She also managed debt, equity and refinancing processes for infrastructure projects such as roads, solar parks, water treatment plants, among others. The portfolio of projects advised totals more than US$ 2.5 B.

Cinthya led the shareholder separation of a group of 11 companies (of which there were 6 shopping malls, 3 entertainment, one parking and one digital), leading the business valuations and negotiation strategy, until the separation was concluded, obtaining significantly higher results for her client.
She was a key part of the team that prepared the sale of GE Capital Mexico to Linzor Capital, as well as the sale of GE Aircraft to Global Jet, both transactions totalling nearly $1.5 billion.
Led the sale of a leading Mexican data analytics company, a packaging company and an agribusiness company, with estimated values in excess of $350 million.
Advised a Chinese company in acquiring a stake in a 90 MW wind farm in Progreso.
Advised the Government of Puebla on the financial evaluation for the construction of 2 mass transit corridors in confined lanes (metrobus) in the city of Puebla.
